Universal Bay Condominium - Osaka

It had a quiet setting just next door to Osakako station and the Tempozan area and transport into the city.

The location was pretty bad.

Excellent and warm accommodation with views at sunset, enjoyed it. Everything was simply really good.

Good value, everything was very good. The very helpful staff made our stay a pleasant experience for family vacation.

Had a really lovely stay during our vacation in Osaka. It was in an unbeatable and excellent place. Met the owner, who gave us good tips. The room was tidy and beautiful with tatami mats, we got everything needed. We could enjoy views at sunset.

I had fairly nice stay for family vacation!

My apartment was warm and fairly clean near the city area, the ferris wheel and mall, and Osaka Aquarium and Tempozan Ferris Wheel. The staff were as flexible as possible. I liked its marvellous and absolutely perfect location really close to Osakako metro station.

Spacious rooms with multiple beds. Well-equipped kitchen with cutleries and cookwares, even a toaster. Close to convenience stores and attractions. Ryokan style room with comfortable futon beds. Free rental of internet phone. Friendly staff fluent in English. Partial view of ferris wheel from front.

Place was warm and a minute walk from a car museum. Location was excellent, next to Osaka as well as the centre. And I was located close to the railway station.

It's a pity but the bathroom was too small.

Excellent apartment, it has views at sunset. We would definitely come back, had enjoyable time for family vacation.

The value for money at the Universal Bay Condominium was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room that was like home. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the train station, amusement parks, marketplace, and restaurants. The staff was accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries.

The breakfast could be improved with more variety and options.

Bathroom was fairly clean with a bath. Appreciated the staff, they were hospitable and I felt welcomed.

Good value, worth visiting. Great views of street, warm and clean apartment. The location was amazing just off ferris wheel, train station and buses, and had everything you needed...

The location of this place is amazing, being very close to the aquarium. The staff here are extremely accommodating.

The apartment was clean and warm with views of the bay and ships. We liked that it had strategic location to kansai airport. Osakako subway station nearby. Pleasant experience during our vacation in Osaka, so we did not want to leave.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the main attractions we wanted to visit during our holiday. We were able to walk to the aquarium, ferris wheel, and even take a ferry to Universal Studios. Convenience stores and various food options were also nearby, making it easy for us to grab a quick bite or essential items. the staff was attentive and provided all the necessary information when we messaged them. They even stocked the condo with travel toiletries and kitchen utensils, which made our stay more comfortable.

The bed and pillows in the hotel were too hard and stiff for our liking. It would have been more comfortable if they were softer.
